Executive Circles

 A recurring space to discuss strategic technology decisions with others who are also responsible for making them. 

Executive Circles are recurring sessions held in small groups (8 to 12 participants), made up exclusively of business owners, CEOs, and executives facing important technology decisions.

They are not lectures.
They are not technical classes.
They are not superficial networking events.

They are structured, confidential conversations about real decisions.

What happens in practice?

At each session:

  • One or two participants bring a specific decision they are facing (for example: investing in AI, replacing an ERP, structuring digital governance, or deciding whether to build or outsource technology capabilities).
  • The group dives deeper into the context, challenges assumptions, and explores risks, alternatives, and potential impacts.
  • Discussions are moderated to ensure focus, depth, and objectivity.
  • The goal is not to arrive at a single “right” answer, but to improve clarity and the quality of judgment.
